In 2011 Dr. D'Eramo began her journey into Functional Medicine. Not satisfied with conventional medical care and unable to spend enough time with her patients, in April 2014, D'Eramo Family Medicine was established to provide Functional and Integrative Family Medicine blending the best of both worlds.

D'Eramo Family Medicine is all about the patient.

The initial appointment is spent gathering a detailed history which includes medical, spiritual, emotional, and environmental aspects affecting the patient.  Appropriate testing is recommended to assess fundamental clinical imbalances and unearth the root cause of the disease process.
