In 2011 Dr. D'Eramo began her journey into Functional Medicine. Not satisfied with conventional medical care and unable to spend enough time with her patients, in April 2014, she opened her own Functional and Integrative Family Medicine Clinic where the best of both worlds come together. At D'Eramo Family Medicine it's all about the patient.

The initial appointment is spent gathering a detailed patient history which includes medical, spiritual, emotional, and environmental aspects that affect the patient.

Appropriate testing is done to assess fundamental clinical imbalances and unearth the root cause of the disease process. Some of the health concerns addressed include:
